Someone paid me today via Paypal except they sent the money to an old email address of mine, one that I cancelled a little while ago. I have cancelled the Paypal account that used that email at my end but it seems Paypal are still accepting money to it. How can I retrieve the money when the email address doesn’t exist? Ask them to cancel the payment but tell them that it will take a few days to go back to their funding source.
